Interim Executive Director
Born and raised in Cheyenne, Ed Prosser has been a
rancher and businessman in Laramie County all his adult life. He and his wife, Nancy, have a grown
son and daughter as well as three grandchildren. In addition to cattle ranching south of
Cheyenne, the family also owned and operated A&C
Feed for 27 years.
Ed has also served in the Wyoming State
Legislature and was past chairman of the Laramie County Regional Planning
Commission as well as the Laramie County Community College Foundation
Board.
A long-time member of the Wyoming Stock
Growers Association, Ed has continued the lengthy history of his
family’s involvement in Wyoming’s agriculture
industry. Ed’s
great-grandfather started ranching south of Cheyenne in 1906, and the Prosser
family continues to ranch in that community 102 years later. His late father, Dean Prosser, served
as Executive Secretary of WSGA for over 20 years. Today, Ed runs a yearling steer
operation on the ranch south of Cheyenne, as well as on property at Iron Mountain, Wyoming.

Northwest Field Representative
Bo Bowman is WSGALT’s Northwest Representative operating out
of our Cody office. Bo left a
career in rural Land Use Planning, including 16 years in northwest Wyoming and south-central Montana, to join the WSGALT
team. He has dabbled in ranch work
and the livestock business, has a soft spot for draft horses, and is a
cowboy poet. Bo has a degree in
Regional Planning with minors in Range Science and Environmental Studies,
and a Master’s Degree in Planning.
He was recognized as Wyoming Planner of the Year in 1993.

Southern Field Representative
Laura Dalles is our Southern Field
Representative operating out of our Cheyenne office. Her experiences in
the agriculture industry are varied. Laura previously worked at the University of Wyoming in the College of Agriculture as a grant manager for two
separate projects in animal science and renewable resources. She worked
in the state 4H office as the Natural Resources Program Associate for
four years having oversight of the natural resources program as well as
assisting with the livestock components of the program. She has had training
and experience working with various groups that promote and educate youth
groups about wildlife, agriculture and natural resources conservation.
