The Land Trust receives federal, state and local grants that help meet the capital costs of purchased easements. However, we rely on private individuals and companies, like you, to sustain our day-to-day operations.

The Stock Growers Land Trust has an extremely conservative track record of fiscal responsibility. For example, the Stock Growers Land Trust spends less than three percent of the dollars that flow through the organization on administration and fundraising. It is clear that your support makes a tremendous difference in our ability to continue our work.
This next year promises to be especially exciting. In addition to keeping up our steady pace of completing projects, the Stock Growers Land Trust will be kicking-off our Ranchland Succession Program to facilitate ranch ownership for young ranchers. Wyoming’s next generation of agricultural landowners face enormous challenges that includes, especially, overcoming the high capital cost of ranch acquisition. The Stock Growers Land Trust can play a critical role in this regard to help young people keep working lands under productive stewardship.
Your support for the Stock Growers Land Trust is a sound investment in land conservation and Wyoming’s future.  Please consider making a significant financial contribution to our Land Trust this year.
